Tom Murray brings more than four decades of leadership in transportation, warehousing, inventory control, freight forwarding, and global logistics to Installation Service Group (ISG).

Tom began his career in the Washington, D.C., area, where his early experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations led to a position with BAX Global. He quickly advanced to District Manager for the Washington metropolitan area and generated more than $18 million in new sales.

He later co-founded a regional courier and messenger company that developed delivery programs for Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies, including AT&T, IBM, Boeing, GTE, and MCI WorldCom.

After relocating to Orlando, Tom served as Vice President of National Accounts for a freight-forwarding company, where he led a successful sales team and increased annual revenue by more than 40%. He went on to become a founding partner and shareholder of PMG Worldwide, a multinational freight-forwarding company with annual sales exceeding $25 million.

Tom later served as President and owner of Adcom Worldwide’s Orlando operation while establishing a consulting group specializing in domestic and international logistics, distribution systems, and business development. Through these ventures, he supported globally recognized organizations including Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Studios, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Alfa Romeo, the NBA, and the Orlando Magic.

As Founder and President of ISG, Tom applies this extensive experience to the delivery of comprehensive FF&E warehousing, logistics, asset management, and installation solutions. His leadership has helped establish ISG as a trusted partner for complex hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, and commercial projects throughout the United States and internationally.
